What technical data are collected when you visit our website?
When you visit our website, a number of pieces of technical data are collected for a limited period of time, such as your IP address, the date, time and time zone, as well as information on the website from which you linked to our site, your browser and which version of your computer’s operating system you use.
What personal data are collected when you use the contact form?
When you use the contact form on the site, we collect your name, phone number, e-mail address and country.
These data are collected for the purpose of carrying out precontractual procedures.
What personal data are collected when you sign up to a COSERVIT offer?
We collect the following data to ensure the smooth performance of the contract you have taken out with COSERVIT: last name, first name, e-mail address, customer contact phone number (accounts department, technical and commercial contacts) and IBAN. We also collect data relating to invoice payments and monitoring our commercial relationship, and transaction data.
What personal data are collected when you subscribe to our newsletter?
When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your e-mail address.
What personal data are collected when you register for a webinar?
We collect the following data when you register for a webinar: your e-mail address, last name, first name and phone number.
Why do we collect personal data and what is the lawful basis for processing?
The data collected via the contact form are considered “prospect” data, collected on the basis of carrying out precontractual procedures.
“Customer” data are collected on the basis of performing the contract.
You consent to the collection and processing of your e-mail address if you subscribe to our newsletter or register for a webinar in accordance with the conditions set out in this privacy policy.
For what purposes are your personal data processed?
The technical data collected when you visit our website will be used for the technical administration of the site and for statistical purposes.

Who is the recipient of the data collected?
The personal data collected by COSERVIT are only intended for it and are not transferred to third parties.
Are the personal data collected transferred to a country outside the European Union?
Prospect and customer e-mails used in our mass-mailing tool “Mailchimp” are stored in the United States.
Mailchimp is subject to Privacy Shield, which regulates data transfers between the EU and the USA.

How long are the personal data collected retained for?
“Prospect” data will be retained for three years from our most recent contact with you.
“Customer” data are retained for as long as we have a commercial relationship with you, plus an additional three years from the expiry of the contract for sales canvassing purposes. Data that are not required for sales canvassing will be archived for the medium term and retained for five years, in line with the statutory period of limitation.
Personal data collected for newsletter subscriptions will be retained for as long as the subscription continues. Data will be erased as soon as you unsubscribe.
Data security and confidentiality
Coservit undertakes to respect the confidentiality and security of the data you entrust to it and to take every appropriate technical and organisational measure, on an ongoing basis, to ensure the security of the Personal Data and provide a sufficient level of protection in light of the Personal Data Regulations.
Profiling
COSERVIT will not use the data collected via its website for profiling purposes.

In certain circumstances, we will store information called “Cookies” on your computer in order to offer certain services or gain a better understanding of your preferences and optimise our website. 1) Right of access to personal data
You can ask COSERVIT whether it processes any of your personal data, the purposes for which your data are processed, the categories of data concerned, how long they will be retained and the potential recipients of the data; you may also obtain a copy of the data held, in an accessible format.
2) Right to rectify your personal data
If you find that the personal data collected about you are incorrect, you can ask COSERVIT to rectify them.
3) Right to object to the processing of your personal data
You can object to the processing of your data by COSERVIT at any time, whether the processing is for sales canvassing purposes (by writing to the address indicated in point 5) or the newsletter (by clicking on the unsubscribe link).
4) Right to request removal of your data
In the case described in 3) above, data will be removed from the processing for which they were collected. However, any personal data that may exist in other forms of processing for which COSERVIT is the controller or processor will not be removed, except on the basis of a legitimate request, accepted by COSERVIT, concerning these other forms of processing.
