By collecting, thresholding and alerting on key metrics from Citrix technologies, Citrix can be incorporated into Business Service hierarchies so that its overall importance and impact can be taken into account when assessing the availability and health of vital business services.

MSPs and CSPs have the opportunity for incremental revenues when selling Citrix technology by being able to offer ServiceNav as a monitoring solution that will incorporate thresholds of Citrix metrics into Business Service availability “out-of-the-box”. Partners who are also service providers, can use the ServiceNav product themselves to deliver “value-added” monitoring and reporting of Citrix technology
