Menu

The applications menu is always available at the bottom of the screen. From here it is possible to navigate between the 4 tabs of the application (the menus available may vary according to the user’s permissions)

  • Monitoring (Access to the monitoring dashboard)
  • My Actions (Access to monitoring and management of incidents related to your CRM)
  • Messages (Access to notifications received)
  • More (Accessing the Settings Menu)

Going back

To go back to a previous screen you can either press the icon “<” at the top left (where available)

Or use the back button appropriate to your handset.

Monitoring

By default, this dashboard displays only non-normal; companies or sites, user services and hosts.

You can customize your dashboard by choosing the scope of the elements to include. To do this it will be necessary to define a dashboard using the template “Mobile” in the regular ServiceNav console.

My Actions

Find your outstanding actions, both in and out of response time. Get more information on the “Actions” page

 

Messages

Access all notifications, see their status (read / unread).

Tap a notification, access the form associated with the notification (Action, Host, Service, …)

Via this menu, it is possible to access several items…

Around me: shows all companies within a reasonable distance of your current geographic location

Essential Information:

Distance in a straight line from the current location

Open Support Tickets: Number and SLA status (Green if all requests are in SLA, Red if at least one request exceeds resolution time)

Actions: Number and status (Red if at least one action is in status “In progress” or “To do” when its expected date is exceeded)

User Services: (The colour of the icon represents the most critical status colour.)

  • Green, no value displayed: All user services of the company are in “OK” status
  • Grey, with value displayed: If 1 or more user services are in “unknown” status.
  • Blue, with value displayed: If 1 or more user services are in “undetermined” status.
  • Orange, with value displayed: If 1 or more user services are in “warning” status.
  • Red, with value displayed: If 1 or more user services are in “critical” status.

Equipment: (The colour of the icon represents the colour of the most critical status.)

  • Green, no value displayed: All equipment in the company is in “OK” status
  • Grey, with value displayed: If 1 or more devices are in “unknown” status.
  • Blue, with value displayed: If 1 or more devices are in “undetermined” status.
  • Orange, with value displayed: If 1 or more devices are in “warning” status.
  • Red, with value displayed: If 1 or more devices are in “critical” status.

NOTE: Where there are lower criticality items in addition to the severity indicated by the colour, a “+” symbol is displayed next to the value to indicate this.

Settings

Access the “General” menu to set the waiting time (Unless otherwise informed by support, we advise you not to change this value)

Access the “About” menu for application information including version number. This information may be requested by support.

Return to the login screen.
