Linking a ServiceNav company to the equivalent company with an existing ticketing system is a prerequisite for opening tickets from ServiceNav.
Prerequisites: Integration with your external ticketing system is in place
Go to the “Organization” menu to select the company to link to and click on “Edit”
A “CRM Link” field is displayed. Enter the name of the company (and /or site according to the integration) in the field, to enable searching of the external ticketing system, and ‘Apply’.
