Mobile app: Companies

Using the mobile app, it is possible to obtain key information about a company from both a monitoring and intervention perspective via the company profile

Access to the company profile

There are several ways to access the company profile:

  • Via the “Company” search (See other documentation)
  • Via the dashboard if the company has a current issue.

Elements of the company profile

On the upper part of the company profile, it is possible to view the following information:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Number of contacts and sites

There are shortcuts to access features rapidly:

  1. Send an e-mail to the company’s contact address
  2. Map route to the address of the company
  3. Call the company’s main number
  4. Display the contact list

On the Overview page

If there are impacted configuration items in a lower priority status than the status of the most critical item, the + symbol appears next to the value.

KPI Monitoring:

KPIs Consolidation of Configuration Items: Hosts, User Services, and Single Services (See below)

  • Green: All configuration items in the company are in “OK” status
  • Grey: If 1 or more configuration elements are in “unknown” status.
  • Blue: If 1 or more configuration items are in “undetermined” status.
  • Orange: If 1 or more configuration items are in “warning” status.
  • Red: If 1 or more configuration items are in “critical” status.

The colour of the icon represents the colour of the most critical status.

KPI Service activity:

Red: Number of SLAs currently exceeded + number of overdue actions (end date exceeded and status “in progress” or “to be done”)

Orange: Number of “Orange” SLAs

KPI Service contract:

Red status: Status Inactive / Terminated / Blocked OR End date of service exceeded OR Balance of service <0 and mode of consumption “For consumption”

Orange: Percentage conso> 50% OR Benefit expires in less than 2 months OR Benefit arrived at 85% of term

Green: Benefit does not meet any of the aforementioned rules

User Services: (The number displayed below the icon represents the total number of user services)

Green: All user services of the company are in “OK” status

Gray: If 1 or more user services are in “unknown” status.

Blue: If 1 or more user services are in “undetermined” status.

Orange: If 1 or more user services are in “warning” status.

Red: If 1 or more user services are in “critical” status.

 

HOSTS:

(The number displayed below the icon represents the total number of equipments)

Green: All equipment in the company is in “OK” status

Gray: If 1 or more devices are in “unknown” status.

Blue: If 1 or more devices are in “undetermined” status.

Orange: If 1 or more devices are in “warning” status.

Red: If 1 or more devices are in “critical” status.

 

 

Services:

(The number displayed below the icon represents the total number of unit services)

Green: All the unit services of the company are in “OK” status

Grey: If 1 or more unit services are in “unknown” status.

Blue: If 1 or more unit services are in “undetermined” status.

Orange: If 1 or more unit services are in “warning” status.

Red: If 1 or more unit services are in “critical” status.

 

KPI Satisfaction: Value retrieved from CRM.
